NEW: Request document Respiratory pathogens RNA detection
As of today, the new request document "Respiratory pathogen RNA detection" is available in IXServ. This document can be used to request both 24/7 emergency and routine diagnostics for SARS-CoV2, influenza A, influenza B and/or RSV. Please note that inactivating swab medium ("yellow cap") is mandatory for these emergency diagnostics.
The new extended voucher replaces the voucher for targeted SARS-CoV-2 diagnostics.

Conversion of stool diagnostics to a multiplex PCR method
In response to many requests, we are switching to a multiplex PCR method for stool diagnostics with the simultaneous detection of the following pathogens from February 6, 2024:
We are thus following a procedure that has already been tried and tested at many other institutes. It is therefore no longer possible to request the various pathogens individually. Requests for worms (helminths) and worm eggs can still be made separately. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0551-39-65841.
